Fidelity Fund Bursaries

The Fidelity Fund bursaries is obtainable as a result  a committed to the improvement of standards of legal education in Republic of South Africa, significantly for aspirant entrants into the attorneys’ profession, and we’d prefer to help you. it’s awarded to South Africa students WHO are registered in any establishment of higher learning inside our borders.

Bursary Application Requirements

The minimum demand for qualification for such a bursary may be a BA (Law), B Comm (Law), B Iuris or B Proc degree or a similar qualification or proof of successful completion of the first 2 years of the revised 4-year Bachelor of Laws programme.

If you’re presently in your first semester of your second year, we will assist with a bursary for your third and fourth year of study.

Students within the first semester of your third year may be assisted with a bursary for your final year of study.
Preference are going to be given to candidates in serious financial need, though outstanding educational benefit are going to be taken into thought.

A bursary shall solely be applied towards the tuition fees of a recipient.
The Fund’s Board of management can in every case verify the quantity of the bursary.
A bursary may be awarded for a maximum amount of 2 years at a South African University.

Submit completed form to: exchequer Co-ordinator (Bursaries), Attorneys Fidelity Fund, P O Box 3062, Cape Town, 8000. Faxed or e-mailed application forms can no be  accepted.

The application type could solely be came to the Fund’s offices once an officer transcript of your educational record is obtained, and that reflects your results for the first semester of the year. the educational transcript should accompany your form. closing date for applications is 15 August 2015.
